19 March 2026 Sanford: Roll Your Own Sushi and So Much More

 


Lindsay, Matt, Jaxson and Evan came over for the big sushi experience.  We had sashimi grade tuna, and salmon.  Three kinds of fish roe were also on the table to round out the fish category.  For the non-raw fish enthusiasts we had the surimi crab sticks made famous by the California roll.  We had fresh nori to wrap the roll in and all the fixings, cream cheese, fish roe, wasabi, soy sauce, cucumbers, avocados and more.  Great Fun!
