Lindsay is turning 40 and we drove to Mt. Dora to a Taco and Tequila joint to celebrate. Laura chauffeured us and the drive there was easy and smooth. We were the only second table at the restaurant and so we had extra time with the server. When Leslie revealed her aversion to tequila, our server asked if it was bad tequila or "user error" that was the genesis of her aversion. Happy hour delighted us with three nacho plates. Each plate had a different dipping bowl, two were cheeses and one was guacamole. no sooner had we loaded the table with food then Matt, Lindsay, Jaxon and Evan arrived. The restaurant was filling up but our stomachs were not so we ordered more food. We had a few drinks and so when it came time to salute Lindsay, it is no surprise that tequila shots suddenly sounded reasonable. Oh my!
