Finland's Pride Parade

It started off in the Senate Square. We got to see the square fill up with more and more people and floats and balloons everywhere. Then we moved further down so we could see the parade go by. The two or three floats we saw on the Square where the only ones there and everybody was a walker. There were distinct groups of folks that were walking. Several unicorns a lot of kids a huge variety of hair color. Interesting Footwear boots and socks and high heels. There were even dogs in the parade.

Out and about Helsinki

We know that it looks goofy and the commentary is usually silly but we can never seem to go wrong with the hop-on hop-off bus. This one came with our Helsinki card so  we jumped on first thing this morning.  We got on at the main square and then traveled for an hour and a half which was a very extensive tour of Helsinki. We went along the coast and then through town then back around and finished up at the square again where they were preparing for the Pride Parade.
