A sourdough bread Art Project

The sourdough bread that they brought to the table was four tiny buns. The crust on each bun was so thick that you really couldn't pull it apart. I had to use my knife and kind of perforate the edges until I could get the bun apart. It was well worth it because it was one tasty bun. Getting to the bun created a whole lot of crumbs.  Our placemat was a square of leather and with all those crumbs I decided to make a design.  After a couple of servers noticed, I kept making more designs. One for each course.

I started with the moustache which I did not photograph and it morphed into a bird
