18 October 2026 Seville: A Trip to the Fine Arts Museum

The music festival was a 12 hour marathon and we knew better than to get there too early.  There was no way we could last the entire 12 hours so we added another activity.  We wanted to eat a big lunch so we did not have to eat the food truck food at the concert.  It wasn't easy as the first five places we stopped at were completely full.  We finally found a Dutch place for lunch and the schnitzel I ordered was passable, but Leslie's spring roll turned out to be a deep fried curry egg roll!  We ate what we could and then headed over to the Seville Fine Arts museum.  It was 50% religious artifacts and the rest were mostly portraits.  The real gem was the building that housed the museum!   It was housed in a former convent built in 1594.
