8 November 2022 Brisbane Concert at City Hall and a Walk Through the Gardens

Brisbane host free concerts each Tuesday at noon.  This one was at the City Hall and was a two choral groups singing pop songs of yesteryear and some show tunes.  We got there early just in case and tried three different seats until we got the seats that were just right.  The songs were Oz themed, both the wizard of Oz and Australia (aka Oz).  So they sane Somewhere Over the Rainbow, Defying Gravity, The Land Down Under, A Total Eclipse of the Heart, Backstage Romance and many others.  The two choirs traded off singing and there was even some kazoo playing.  We headed back to the place for lunch and then took a walk in the Botanical Gardens before the rain sent us packing.  We had  soup for dinner and then went back to the park for some eclipse watching.  The viewing was complicated by clouds and we went back to the apartment.  We saw the totality for a short while as it peeked out of the clouds.

The lights kept changing giving us a light show before the show
