We got up and packed our things. On our way to the airport we had a flat tire! Luckily Ilulisaat is so small that the spare van came and got us rather quickly. We got up to the airport and it had been really cloudy all day so some of the morning flights have been cancelled. Our plane was there however and that was just alright with us. I took some pictures from the plane as we flew south to get more fuel. The landing strip is so small we cannot take off with a full load of fuel. So we had to fly south to an old Air Force Base, fuel up and then back over the ice sheet. It's hard to see but we saw a runaway on the ice with a tiny research station right next to it.
