Dinner at Cestr

We had a nice happy hour at the apartment and toasted Ken's retirement. Then it was a quick walk to the restaurant. We had a slight detour around the opera house and made it 10 minutes late. No worries, we made it. Cestr is a steak house that uses local beef, cut and aged on site. We saw the butcher cutting steaks in with the aging meat. We had a delicious wine from Strekov winery in Slovakia made from alibernet grapes. Ordering was difficult due to the many choices.  Leslie,  Vera and I split a special that had three types of steak.  Skirt, tenderloin, and entrecote were the types of steaks 16, 19 & 14 on your cow map. They made great use of their logo. You saw it on the menu,  on the ceiling tiles and on tge outdoor cow.

Just so you can map out your steak
