We woke up. In Passau . There was a lovely riverfront area with flowers and quaint old buildings. lt was a most delightful way to wake up. After a quick breakfast we caught the tour: Lucky Number Four. We went through the town and like so many river towns we saw where they marked the high-water marks. In the town square is a beer garden and a beer fountain. They knew Leslie was on town so it was locked. We made our way up to the cathedral. Outside of the cathedral was a small farmers market which is very fun. They had beer and sausages and handmade wooden items and beer and sausages and cheese and beer and sausages and vegetables. They certainly know what the customers want. We walked down to the boat through a shopping district and took off again.
