The Pikaia Lodge

The Pikaia Lodge is named for a creature that was the first creature to have a spinal cord. It represents the ancestor of all fish and mammals. It is also a nod to evolution and Galapagos role in telling that story. It is also a nod to the evolution of travel from traditional to eco travel.  The lodge is dedicated to a sustainable operation run by a majority of local people.
