We needed some quick doctoring and Fareham was the closest clinic to take our insurance. So we took a taxi to the appointment and then strolled through town for a while, ate some lunch and then took the train back. The clinic was located on a promontory jutting into the main waterway. The tide was out so we saw many wading birds out looking for snack. We also saw many swans, seen above, at the place where the stream came into the head of this arm of the bay.
