Bangkok, Thailand has been on our radar for a long time but this is our first visit. Thailand is the 34th country in the last 33 months and that is not counting the repeats: Canada, England, UAE, Singapore and Australia. We are glad that we did not miss our flight. We had so much time at the airport that we were just chilling and did not notice that the gate had changed. We hightailed it from gate 9 to gate 5 all the way across the airport. Thankfully it was not that big an airport. We got there in time and still had to wait a few minutes before they started boarding. We landed early and got through immigration very fast. Our driver took us to the place in short order and we were soon getting the tour of the place by two octogenarians. They were very knowledgeable about the apartment but did not move so fast which was a plus. Ten days here is going to be fun and we have done a good deal planning so we know what we want to do. As luck would have it, the dispensary is 500 ft from our front door and we didn't even have to cross the street. We love the apartment, it is like an art gallery in all its decoration. We saw a sushi restaurant when we were returning from the dispensary and went there for dinner. Between then we took a little break at 4:20 and also hit up the 7-11 for eggs and yogurt for the morning. We toured the building and found the pool. gym and 25th floor observations areas. The sushi bar was top notch and we filled ourselves for roughly fifty dollars. Returning back, we finally crossed the street and toured the foodie hall.
