We were pretty much settled in at the apartment, so we took a 2 mile stroll along the coast. The actual water's edge is the beach, but we walked the pathway that we shared with other walkers, dogs, buke riders, kids on foot powered scooters and joggers. We walked up to the Alexander headlands and passed cafes a skate park, surf shops and playgrounds. There were several nice lookout points and great dogs. We worked up an appetite on our walk so we headed home and boom, it was lunch time.
