We returned to Noosa to take the ferry boat cruise on the Noosa River. It was a 45 minute ride, each way, with a 45 minute stop at the marina. We got there at 1:00 PM and got the cheaper afternoon prices. We had some time to waste before the ferry was going to arrive at the Noosa Heads stop so we took a walk in the park and had our picnic lunch. We found a picnic table right at the water's edge and we watched a funny dog having the zoomies in the water. He must have been going after fish as he jumped up out the the water several times bounding along the shore line, splash splash splash! We then headed further into the park and reached the off leash dog beach. Score! Dogs were in every direction and the owners were having fun too. It was time to head back to the dock and by the time we got there, several folks were already waiting. We loaded up and enjoyed a great afternoon on the Noosa River.
