21 October 2024 Doha: One Final Walk in a Doha Park

My new birding hobby came from the realization that if was able to see 10 common birds that are unique to each city that we visit, soon I would amass a huge number of sightings.  I did not see 10 new birds in London and the Cotswolds so I wanted to give Qatar another chance.  So I went to the Al Bidda Park and saw three new life-birds!  With the two birds a few days before, this gave me five new birds for Qatar.

A quick Uber ride over to the park

Right off the bat I saw the Indian Silverbill

This wooded area was filled with the calls of the common myna birds.  It was so loud!
