26 October 2024 Sabang: Big Waves on the Beach

Above you can see Leslie and I getting married again in front of the big waves.  We had to do a very serious make-over.  Gray hair to black, wrinkled pale skin to young olive complexion...ok it is not us! These are another pair of many bride-grooms we see almost everywhere we go.  We had breakfast outside and then took a walk to the north along the beach and then south past the hotel and into town.  It was loud with all the crashing of the waves.  To the north was a small path that went to the mangrove area.  To the south the town was a few buildings along a single road.  I found a nice blue hat and bought  it for just less than $4.
