27 October 2024 Sebang: An Early Morning Walk

At 6:15 in the morning I woke up with some crispy sinuses and a big wave of jet lag.  I tired to go back to sleep but it was not working so I got up and went out for a walk.  It helped me reset my circadian rhythm.  Plus I got to see six new lifebirds.  I came back to the hotel and checked on the ride to El Nido, got to the room and we went to breakfast.

It was 2.5 miles and I walked about an hour
