At 6:15 in the morning I woke up with some crispy sinuses and a big wave of jet lag. I tired to go back to sleep but it was not working so I got up and went out for a walk. It helped me reset my circadian rhythm. Plus I got to see six new lifebirds. I came back to the hotel and checked on the ride to El Nido, got to the room and we went to breakfast.
It was 2.5 miles and I walked about an hour
