18 September 2026 A Coruna: Lunch and a Hike to a Park

We had a tasty lunch at a Udon house that was nearby.  Finding places to eat that match our schedule has been tricky.  Lunch runs from 1 to 4 or so, dinner may only start at 8 pm bt sometimes earlier.  Lots of places are open but the kitchen is not so searching a restaurant does not always tell us the whole story.  Our lunch was tasty and we walked from the restaurant to a very large park to the south.  The opera house is located on the edge of the park and when we got there we saw that the park is located on a tall hill.  Leslie walked up the steep ramp and I took the multiple sets of stairs.  Once we got to the top we hung out for a bit to let our knees, hips and backs recover.  Then we walked back to the hotel and had some snacks from our fridge before heading out again to explore.
