Our menu came out as an illustration as seen above. We had 6 courses and ordered the fresh water prawn in addition. The courses were not too small so we were feeling nicely full as the dinner progressed. We were also shown a basket of ingredients that represented our meal as it was sourced from the local vendors. The food was brilliant: aged duck , wagyu beef, squid, crabs, fermented tofu, pork and fermented pork. Le Du for two.
