14 March 2025 Sliema: Settling In, Exploring and Doctoring

We had a busy day already planned as two Doctor's appointments had already been scheduled.  Since Malta id 4.5 hours ahead of Sri Lanka, I woke up early and decided to take a walk and see if I could get pictures of the partial lunar eclipse.  I walked to the north and along the waterfront before shooting off into the interior and circling back to our place.  I kept looking for the moon but there were no open views to the west.  I returned back to the apartment and had our regular morning, wordle, connections, tea drinking and breakfast.  Laundry was still a priority so we knocked out a few more loads, then we had a bite of lunch before going to the doctor.  Luckily our Doctor was a woman which we both prefer.  I got some blood drawn and we stopped off at the pharmacy.  I could not get all of my prescriptions because the Doc forgot to put the strength of the eczema cream on the prescription.  While I was at the pharmacy I got a call from the folks who drew my blood and they needed me to return for another blood draw.  It is never easy...but I got the blood drawn, saw the doctor and she fixed the script and off we went.
