8 March 2025 Weligama: Beach Day Watching the Surfers

I took a brief walk in the morning and then we did some trip planning.  After that we headed to the beach and watched the surfers for hours.  So much going on.  We went back up the room for a medicinal break and then back down to see the show!  There were two a Japanese families with four kids shared among them.  They were so supportive of their kids attempts at surfing that it melted our hearts.

Odd shrine, is that a blue baboon?

I should have asked this monk
