After the museum we walked across the street. There was a park along the river and within the park was a modern sculpture garden and a large lattice like structure. We wandered around a bit looking at all the folks in traditional dress. There was even a dog in a green outfit that matched the traditional dress of its owner. When we got to the lattice building, a cute boy came right up to Leslie and asked to have a conversation. He wanted to practice his English, which was already quite good. I was making a video saw her talking to him. When I came over and joined in the conversation, I thought he must be from the US as his accent was spot on. He told us his name was Kiwi and he was 11 years old. Leslie asked Kiwi what he thought about my mustache, he paused for a bit and replied "it is unconventional." We asked him if he learned his English in school and he chuckled a bit. He said that it would be ten more years of studying at school before he would learn a word like unconventional. Kiwi is a very smart 11 year old. We continued along the river and waded into the crowd of New Years revelers.
