We decided to have one fancy lunch while in Cape Town and we picked Fyn. This restaurant blended African ingredients with Japanese cooking techniques. We really liked all the cool things that they did with the dishes. They used kelp tubules to cook some abalone, making a burned mushroom custard and flaming it like a Crème Brule. we even got to roll our own sushi!
