Our balcony is perfect for watching the community congregate at dusk for the evening dog show. It is also a kids on bikes, kids playing ball and family and friends show as well. We went out onto he balcony and watchet it all unfold. We had a blast trying to see which dog went with which group. About one dog in 10 was not kept on a leash and so these little agents of chaos would wander up and down the promenade getting a butt sniff here and a butt sniff there. The most egregious of chaos agent is shown above. We have not been able to identify the breed, as it looks like a dog in sheep's clothing.
