We are heading to Italy in just a few days so we went back to Valetta one last time. It is a beautiful city and has many old buildings. We planned on lunching and wandering but when we got to our 4.9 rated choice, it only had seven chairs, five of which were already filled with patrons. Luck for us a very good sushi place was right next door. They were having cherry blossom themed drinks and menu items in celebration of the cherry blossom season. A few rolls, some tempura and a tasty cherry blossom brulee later and we are back to megandering the streets. We decided to take the ferry back to Sliema but it was not funning due to the waves. We did not see any waves but they did not ask us. So it was an Uber home to get some packing done. Our month in Malta certainly went by very fast.
