Our place is nice, but in this sub-tropical climate, there was some built up garden debris in the deck area. Since we are going to be here for 2 months we rolled up our sleeves and started cleaning. First we swept out all the leaves, then started scrubbing the table and the chairs. As we were working the host came by and delivered pots, pans and the cleaning supplies we ask asked for. Scott was delightful and he told us about the neighbors and the neighborhood. Then we popped down to the river where there is a very long stretch of over-water walkways. We walked till the rain started than we headed back.
