7 November 2024 Dimakya Island: More Island Life and the Spa

We pooled till we were prunes.  Of course the restaurant is right next to the pool so we got more delicious Philippine food.  So very tasty.  Then we showered and headed over to the Spa.  We got the couples massage and it came with a facial, a massage and a traditional foot wash.   After the foot wash they place your clean foot into the provided slippers.  Of course the slippers were not size 15 so they went back outside to grab my sandals.  Then we got the facial and the massage.  While we were on the table we could hear the rain coming down.  The procedure was 90 minutes and the rain lasted at least that long.  We went back to the room and enjoyed our post massage glow as more bands of rain came in.  Then it was dinner back at the restaurant.  More great food, crabs for me and a chicken soup for Leslie.  We saw Rome there and so we were able to pay for his meal.  He has always given all of his time and his big infectious smiles.
