Din Tan Feng in Taipei

When we researched places to eat in Taipei, the world-famous Din Tan Feng came up as the number one spot to eat dumplings, so we went to have lunch. There were about 50 folks in the waiting line (almost all from Taiwan), so we knew we were in for a treat! They give you a menu and order form while you wait - which was a good thing since there were 150 items on the menu. Indeed, we had the best dumplings - EVER - along with some hot & sour soup, wonton soup, string beans, and spinach. As usual, we provided numerous laughs for the locals. How they love to watch us eat! One old lady stopped in her tracks to look at Fritz's mustache. She laughed out loud. Glad we can provide some comic relief here in Taipei.
