Shanghai to Hong Kong

We encountered our first "blip" of the trip when our plane was delayed for 2.5 hours from Shanghai to Hong Kong. Fortunately, our delay resulted in a delightful conversation with our new friend, Sue. She is a young woman who is working on her master's degree in Shanghai. Sue hopes to teach Chinese culture to young folks, which is an admirable goal! We talked about the possibility of her getting her Ph.D. - I bet she would be an excellent professor. I wish we would have taken a picture of her sweet face, but we missed the opportunity.
