Meals on the boat

The meals on the boat were just incredible! I offer up a few of the highlights like the carved watermelon with a dragon motif on it, The Flaming pineapple shrimp skewer, the barbecued shrimp for lunch, fresh caught squid with a carrot flower.  Our first dinner had a boquet of flowers each flower made from a pepper, a carrot, a garlic clove, and a tomatoe.  The stems were made from scallion.  Unfortunately we were too hungry to get a picture of that.  I could go on and on as every meal was just top notch.
