We met this couple at a Jazz concert at the Library Bar a few weeks ago. The Library bar was tiny and when we were seated the hostess told us that she was going to have to seat another couple at our table. Not a problem for us. We really hit the jackpot as Jesper and Tina were both musicians and play in a local big band. We spent a delightful time between sets talking with them. They knew many of the jazz musicians that we had already seen at the Jazz Festival. We exchanged information and they later sent is an email. The were taking their sail boat out and they invited us to join them. Sailing on the North Sea was not on our bucket list so we politely declined, but they also invited us to dinner which we accepted. What a great experience! We were able to drink home made elderflower hootch, home made beer, home made bread and freshly hot smoked salmon. We learned about Tina's and Jesper's careers and travels. They have a house on the Danish Island of Bornholm which is closer to Sweden than it is to Denmark.
