We emerged from the Jazzservice at the church to a wet Copenhagen. We started walking to the next concert and we were hit with a squall of rain just a block and a half from the church. So we ducked into a Sushi place we happened upon, Sticks and Sushi. A smart way to dry off and get some Omega 3's. We were one of only two groups in the restaurant so we got to talk with our server. She had been to Japan so we got to swap stories. Then it was off to Enghave Plads for the next band. This one was the NYC Quartet featuring Dutch and French musicians. The plads was a square that had a tiny stage erected next to the Metro Station. The band was great and there were folks all around. The rain stopped and we sat in the bright sunshine among babies. kids. dogs. oldsters, hipsters and Leips. Another fun jazz experience.
