20/21 July 2022: Seattle to Toronto

The above photo was taken at 4:00 AM in Seattle.  It was taken  from our Lyft on the way to the airport.  We are mostly sane individuals and would have never have chosen a flight that required us to leave so early.  However, Air Canada moved our departure time from one in the afternoon to 8 in the morning.  When we were checking in to the flight we saw that they had changed it again to 7 in the morning.  Since it was an international flight and we needed to check in bags, we had to leave at 4 AM for it all to work.  On the positive side there was no traffic for us on the ride to the airport and we were able to see Rainier illuminated by the rising sun!  Not much more to say about the flight and the arrival in Toronto.  We had booked a night in the airport hotel, as we had though our arrival time would be in the evening.  It was a nice room and we slept soundly.  The next day, Lyft took us to the AirBnB and we got in with just a small amount of extra effort.  This place had been booked back in January so some of the details were forgotten.  These details include the great view of Lake Ontario, the proximity to a dog park and so many nearby convivences.  Once we stocked up on all our essentials we went back out and stocked up some more!  Soon after we were sitting on the deck for our happy hours and we were entertained by the goings on.  We saw sail boats, airplanes, dogs getting walked, a ultimate frisbee game, kick ball games, soccer practices, a group run, dogs in the dog park, kids playing in the fountain, kids playing during recess at the school, badminton, dogs running and commuters of all shapes and sizes.
