We knew of Banksy, as he has been a presence in the art world for decades. What we did not know was the breadth of his work and his social activism. He has traveled to Israel and painted on the dividing wall in Bethlehem. He has been to Ukraine and painted in active war zones. The satire that we saw wrapped in humor and art was very insightful.
