23 January 2024 Singapore to George Town: A Travel Day

The huge bridge above connects Singapore to Malaysia, it was the last part of Singapore that we saw as we flew to George Town.  We got to the airport early, checked in everything and headed to the lounge.  We picked up some Navy Strength Gins in the Duty Free area as there was a large selection to take advantage of.  The flight was only one hour and we landed without incident.  We got a ride at the taxi stand and it took a half hour to get to our place.  It is a very large AirBnB with three bedrooms and two bathrooms and the best part it is that it is substantially underbudget.  We were happy to find a great supermarket just 5 minute walk away.  We stocked up and bought the standard whole chicken.  It will be nice to stay in one place for almost 2 months.

Orchids everywhere even in the Airport

Lounge Breakfast

So tasty!

We practically own this lounge!
