10 June 2024 Copenhagen: The Royal Stables and the Market

We knew ahead of time that a visit to the the royal stables were a part of the palace ticket.  The website said that the horses would be moved to fresh pasture mid June so we thought that we had half a chance of seeing them.  However they left three days earlier, clearly at the start of June not mid June.  When we were getting our ticket scanned, we asked about the horses.  Leslie could not contain her disappointment of not getting to see them.  The ticket taker indicated that the web site had provided bad data, we must not have been the first to have been expecting to see the horses.  We strolled through the stables and saw the carriages.  Then it was a 15 minute walk to the Landemaerket.  The market was two buildings with stalls lining the interiors and a green market with vegetables was set up in the space between the buildings.   We stocked up on some necessities and a few luxuries and took the bus back.  We are getting our money's worth on the bus pass
