7 July 2021 driving to Saratoga Springs NY

Back roads too numerous to list  7 July 2021  Saratoga Springs NY

After finishing up last nights steak with our breakfast we hit the road.  There was a quick 16 mile jaunt on the highway and then it was back roads through four states.  The roads ran the entire gamut from four lane divided to two lane blacktop roads.  There was some construction and the back roads most certainly added time to our trip.  This was time well spent.  Things we would never have seen otherwise include babbling brooks, cavernous old mills, both decaying and thriving small towns, hilltop windmill farms, rows of steep mountainsides and vehicles of all shapes and sizes.
