Lodi on Seneca Lake: 32 miles long, three miles wide at its widest and over 600 feet deep.
As I have previously stated, our Lodi lodgings were just perfect. The rain stopped and we sat out on the Adirondack chairs over the water and had a mighty fine sunset happy hours. The endless parade of birdlife was enough entertainment. The high pitched chirping of the swallows, the slow parade of ducks and ducklings, a possible osprey, low flying little ducks and possible lake monster sounds kept us enthralled with the show. We whipped up a quick supper and had a romantic night just the two of us.
