We arrived 15 minutes early to the AirBnb and the host showed up pretty soon afterwards. He made us stand outside for 20 minutes as he rushed around inside doing who knows what. Luckily the rain held off so we were not standing in the rain. The place was nice and the beds were good. There was construction going on in the main part of the house which was unsightly. We asked that they start later so we could at least sleep past the usual 7AM starting time.
