From the Waterford Factory we went to the Reg for lunch. There was a Cricket game on the telly and we were amazed by the mystery of it all. We then drove aimlessly around town before heading back the the Castle for a fancy dinner. Three courses seemed reasonable but there was the Amuse bouse, the appetizer, the main, the pre-dessert and then the dessert. We had tasting menu portion sizes in mind, but these portions were full size and everyone was full at the end of the dinner.
