Sun City Camp, home of the huge dome! We checked into the suite and were amazed at the
layout. We had a sitting room in the
center and two bedrooms on either side.
One bedroom had a king bed and the other had two queen beds. We settled in even though there was a
distinct smell in each of the bathrooms, not a good smell either.
We had to close the bathroom
doors for the evening. We moved in and
ate our pack lunch that we had made at the breakfast buffet in Amman. There were small Bedouin style tents and dome tent rooms that they call Martian Tents. We would have chosen one of them but there were only king beds to choose from and that would mean no sleep for either one of us. SOo we had a two bedroom Bedouin style cabin.
We have left the visitor center and we are heading to the camp
Many odd shaped rock formations
Everywhere a face or the shape of an animal
The scale was hard to fathom
The rocks were huge and the distances between them were measured in miles
