We have been lucky with our eateries. Either we know how to choose them or all restaurants are good in Rome. After fueling our tanks, we headed out for more wandering. We made it to the river and walked along the banks under the towering gum trees. What fun!
The ladies with parasols would be happy
An old picture of the men out in the ally watching a match
Anchovy covered bread to start
Pistachio encrusted salmon
Carbonara
A red sauce pasta
Home is where the wine is
Italy has a sasquatch!
All things woven
A cane chair purse
Woven cacti
A church!
That is what the chicken says
The small streets are the most fun to wander along

This was a regular sized cruise boat but the flood walls are immense

So delightful
Note the runner lower left to get an idea of the flood wall size

Classy neighborhood
We found a park that is for sitting down and resting. That is why they had this statue here
Just a guy sitting next to us
He appears to be quite stylish
Maybe a jeweler
The crows were bathing in the fountain
Territorial issues
Heading to a taxi stand we came upon some ruins
