Our host Ken showed us the place and then offered to walk me around a bit to show me some restaurants, shops and a market too. That was very nice of him and I bought some eggs and yogurt for our breakfast while I was out. When I returned we headed out to grab dinner at Osteria Al 15, one of the places he recommended. We were the first people to get seated but in less than 20 minutes the place was full. We ordered an appetizer of all things pickled; onions, artichokes, peppers, cucumbers and olives. Yummy! Then I ordered the Meatballs 15 with potatoes and Leslie ordered the chicken scallopini with mushrooms. Fantisco! I secretly hoped that I would be served 15 meatballs but the 15 comes from the name of the restaurant. We saw a chocolate salami on the menu but were not brave enough to order it. Instead we shared a frozen almond desert
