We found this metal sculpture of the town. We could see our house from here! It was yet another beautiful day in Croatia so we headed out to the market for some some veggies. It was a large open air market filled with vendors. It was mostly empty by the time we got to it yesterday but today it is lively and busy. We marveled at the selection and the freshness of all the goodies. The veggies and fruit were in the middle and the meats were in more permanent stalls along the edges. We took our goodies back to the Apartment and then did some more shopping for eggs and cheese and the like. Later in the afternoon we jumped int he tourist train. It took us out to a beach in Marjan Park. The trip was fun but we only had 15 minutes at the park. Enough time to see a couple of new birds but it would have been fun to do more exploring.
