The water here is crystal clear even if the beaches have a bit of a litter issue. We walked along the water and politely said no to the hawkers trying to get us to have a drink, eat some food or buy some souvenirs. It was low key pressure compared to many other places and we actually accepted one of the guy's flyers for a water taxi ride. the sun was hot and towards the end of the beach the breeze petered out. So we headed inland, stopped at a high-end market and then ended up at at farmers market. We bought a whole chicken and some other items that we needed to make the classic AirBnB chicken soup. Then we made the aforementioned soup for our dinner.
