The granite pinnacles here are not visible from where we were staying. So I am glad that we were able to travel to the east side and see them. I was not aware of the waterfall on the Paine River. We were able to stop here and see the waterfall as well as getting misted on by the spray. We saw the rainbow from the waterfall. We also saw a group pf people hand an banner that was in Polish. We guessed that it was a family reunion as we saw folks of all ages in the group. We continued on and returned into the park along the front face of the mountains. We saw more birds, Caracara and Buzzard Eagles, and then we arrived back at the hotel.

The hike into the base of the Pinnacles is 10 km in and 10 km out! We decided to pass on that one.
