With the Museum's being closed on Monday we thought it would be a perfect day to do the hop-on-hop-off. The hop-on-hop-off will be referred to as the ho-ho from here on out. We took a taxi to the main office so we could pay with a card. Then we jumped on the green line but there was only room on top of the bus. The top of the ho-ho was open to the air and so we froze all of our parts off. Luckily we prepared for the cold and had several layers on. Other folks we're not so lucky, they were clearly in distress. I could tell because they kept trying to take selfies into the sun. Clearly their faces were all in shadow yet they took selfie after selfie after selfie and were never happy with the results. We rode until we got to the Japanese Gardens area, then we went to a cafe sat in the sun inside the cafe and drank a pot of green tea each. That soon warmed us up enough to carry on. There were several very interesting buildings and parks and monuments that we passed along the way.
Is that Janis Joplin or Evita Peron?
