There are 3 options when you're touring Iguazu Falls from the Argentinian side. There's the devil's throat the Superior or upper upper Trail, and the inferior or lower Trail. Inferior and Superior are not judgments on the trail, simply indications of altitude. The superior trail however is in fact superior to the inferior trail. These are the pictures that we present to you now. The upper trail took us out over areas that we had not previously seen. We got to see San Martin Island where there were rocks that has water flow though them. We saw Buzzards roosting and toucans in the trees.
There were two places that stick with me. First an area that had four major streams combine into seething cauldron of water. Second was a standing wave just before the drop off. It would rise and fall and was a wonder to watch.
