Our last night with Veronica

All good things must come to an end and so too is our time spent with Veronica here in Uruguay. We would like to thank her for such energy and the time that she gave to us while we were here on our visit. We took a brief walk from the hotel over to a restaurant area by the World Trade Center of Uruguay. We stuck our head in each one of them to get a feel for what they were serving and settled on Albertos. But before we went to Albertos Leslie had a fine craft beer at Patagonia. They had some fun signs and the beer was delicious! Back at Alberto's we ordered pork chops for me and a half a chicken for Leslie. That chicken was perhaps the most tender flavorful chicken I've ever had. The pork chops were excellent as well. The beer that Leslie ordered was enough for 3 people so luckily for us Veronica was on her way. I ordered a glass of wine and they opened a new bottle and poured it for me. When I ordered the second glass of wine they opened a new bottle and left it for me. Thank goodness Veronica was on her way.
