It was very early start in Oslo. We grabbed a breakfast before they even opened. We jumped in a taxi and took the tunnel over to Central Station. This is the first time I was in a tunnel, 45 meters below the harbor, when a smaller tunnel split off to the side. This smaller tunnel was our exit. Then a fast train, 3 hour flight to nice and cool Iceland. Ahhhhhh. Thor our driver was right there, and the folks at the Retreat were expecting us. They had a room at the spa waiting for us since the room at the Retreat itself was not ready yet. We took everything down to the spa and changed into our suits. Our two hour water massages were ready for us. What an involved and intricate process. It will get its own post.
